The workers were friendly, and the rooms were clean when we arrived. But nobody cleaned our room during our three-day stay, and even the towels weren't changed. The hotel and restaurant were cold, and after a walk it was especially uncomfortable coming back to a chilly room. I could only shower in the morning because both the room and water felt too cold in the evening. The pizza arrived completely cold, and the coffee wasn't very good. The bar was closed, so there was nowhere to get coffee, tea, or cocktails in the evening. The pool water was cold, and the jacuzzi was very cold. Of the four saunas, only one was working. My mum is older and, because of her health, can't use the dry sauna. Her doctor said a steam sauna was fine, but that one only operated at weekends. The rooms were clean, but the place felt poorly run. I wouldn't recommend it in winter; summer may be better.

The receptionist was very nice and kind to us. The hotel itself feels past its prime: everything is old and dark, and there's an old Mercedes left to rot in the parking lot by the back entrance. The bar is closed and the WiFi doesn't work. For the high price they ask, you'd be better off finding another hotel. I don't recommend staying here.

I lost about 7.5 lbs in a week and rarely felt hungry. Still, I think eating virtually no protein is unhealthy. The meals were clean and comfortable, and I was impressed that they turned a 650-calorie-a-day vegetarian diet into three-course meals. There was a nice swimming pool and a good choice of exercise classes included. I went with a Polish friend, because otherwise I wouldn't have been able to follow the nutritionist's talks. We got handouts at the end, but I never got around to translating them. I give it 5 stars.

The buffet was great, and the staff stayed friendly even though I don't speak Polish. The rooms were clean, and there was a pool and spa on site. We arrived on motorcycles in the middle of a heatwave, though, and there was no AC or fan in the room.
