The SPA was the best part of the hotel, and the people at the front desk were so kind and helpful that they made our stay great. Grace did both of my massages, and she was a wonderful person and an absolute gem of a masseuse. I’d recommend her and hope you get her too. The hotel itself was okay, though the elevators could use some work. They stopped on nearly every floor even when nobody was there.

We had to cancel after someone in our family died the day before our reservation. Management stuck firmly to the terms and conditions instead of showing understanding or offering a refund. It may be a nice place to stay, but their response felt far from empathetic.

The worst part was dealing with the reception staff. They were very rude to us and sometimes aggressive, including the manager, maybe especially the manager. The hotel seems to have had better days, as other guests have said, and some rooms haven't been renovated in a long time. I've never had a worse hotel experience. I'd tell anyone hoping for quality time by the sea to stay away.

Our room was a little too cold, which was the only real downside. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was great. We enjoyed the stay otherwise.

Right by the beach, the location is great, but we wouldn't return. The hotel and rooms feel very dated, and our room was a little dirty. We were mostly around elderly guests and got quite a few odd looks. The food was very traditional Polish, with few healthy choices and almost no vegan options.
