The food is good and there's enough of it, the treatments are good too, and the brine is a real plus. The cleaning staff are the politest people there. The rest of the staff seem to depend on their mood. If your stay is covered by the National Health Fund, the rooms are a disaster. They should close them while they're being renovated. In short, if you're going, choose a private apartment. 😉😉

My mother has rheumatic problems and joint degeneration. She has to avoid drafts and can't stay in an air-conditioned room, but instead of enjoying her trip she's being cooked in her room. We booked her a room at Kolobrzeg Verano with a balcony overlooking the park, but there was no access to that balcony and no ventilation. It was stuffy and hot, with 28 degrees Celsius outside. The room had one window and its handle wouldn't open. The handyman said this had happened in that room before, which made it seem they were renting it out knowingly. Nothing was fixed. Sun & Snow service kept saying on the phone that it was Friday and the weekend, so there was nothing they could do. Their only suggestion was to turn on the air conditioning. The customer support was completely lacking. They charged for conditions very different from what they actually provided, and we will be demanding compensation. I don't recommend it. It's a waste of time.
