For what it costs, this was excellent value, and I'd happily recommend it. The location worked well for an off-season trip: a relaxed 10-minute walk from the train station, with the Old Town close by, so we didn't need to be right by the sea. My room was quiet, clean, and warm, with a comfortable bed, soap in the bathroom, and a built-in fridge that was quiet too. The restaurant surprised me. Breakfast was much like breakfast elsewhere, but very tasty, and even though I arrived 15 minutes before closing, the waiter asked if I wanted scrambled eggs. The set menu cost less than some city bars, 30 PLN for a main course or 40 PLN for the full set, and there was free lemon water. I ate there once, on departure day, and the cutlet was excellent. Staff at reception and in the restaurant next door were very friendly. They ask you to leave your key when heading out, and luggage storage is free on departure day. I only managed one photo, of dinner.

We stay at Zono and come back at least once a year, and we've always been very happy with it. It's excellent value, with friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant next door. The food is very tasty, especially considering breakfast is much like what's served elsewhere. Rooms are warm, quiet, and clean, with a very comfortable bed and a quiet built-in fridge. Soap is provided, and the bathroom has either a bathtub or a shower. The Old Town and Basilica are easy to reach, and it's a pleasant 10-minute walk to the sea, which suits us off-season when we don't need to stay right by the water.
