Dom Goscinny AMIGO

The rooms are in very good shape, and there was plenty of hot water for all six of us. The owner and housekeeper were wonderful, understanding, open, and funny. We’d be happy to come back with friends.

We were only moderately satisfied with our eight days at Amigo Holiday Home in Kołobrzeg. The owner picked us up and was friendly and talkative, while the housekeeper was lovely, helpful, obliging, and constantly cleaning. But our room was basically a vestibule with a sofa bed plus a side room with a double bed, leaving practically no room for one person. I slept in the vestibule, where a bulb was missing or burned out. The main room had a broken socket, and water leaked through a gap by the shower onto the bathroom floor. The shower drain was clogged, and we had to use a duck to unblock it. On the last day, we were lying on deckchairs when the owner brought a large group of Czechs, dogs included. They took over the outdoor shelter and grill area, with beer barrels and dogs, so the whole space was theirs.

The owner is friendly and open, and the service was great. The rooms are a plus too. It’s a lovely place, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The rooms are beautiful and well kept, and the staff are very friendly. It’s a nice spot in a quiet neighborhood. I recommend it and will definitely be back next year!
