The accommodation was clean and fine for four people, even though it could fit more. The furnishings are basic, with the usual holiday rental annoyances like dull knives and crooked pans. It's a bit outside the city center, but could work well in summer and on cooler days. A heads-up about breakfast: if you book it in advance through Booking.com, a catering company delivers it as room service. That wasn't clear on the booking form. The landlord agreed to cancel it after I'd booked, but the cancellation has to go through Booking.com. The indoor pool feels more like a marketing gimmick than a useful facility for a complex this size. Recently, on Ascension Day, unsettled weather left it packed, smelling strongly of chlorine, and with freezing water. The games room also felt uninviting, like a typical shared facility. All in all, okay.

BalticON Polanki Aqua After 18 visits over 4 years, I can say the rooms have always been fantastic, clean, fragrant, and equipped to a very high standard. I feel comfortable here every time. The reception in the Main Lobby is highly recommended, especially Mr. MAREK at the Reception Desk. He's fantastic, very helpful, and can solve any problem. Most importantly, this is the only property on the Polish coast that doesn't have problems refunding security deposits. Please note this: they don't hold the money. We wanted somewhere quiet away from the city center but close to the beach, and this apartment suited us well. It was modern, clean, and well-equipped, with the pool area as a big plus. The staff deserve a special mention, especially Ms. Małgorzata, who arranged a birthday surprise with a delicious cake and champagne. It was such a kind gesture and a lovely addition to our celebration. I highly recommend the place and will definitely come back! 😊

The pool area serves 120 people across four buildings, so getting there means standing in a draft from the entrance for an hour. Forget about finding a lounger by the pool. I don't recommend it. The rooms are clean, but badly need renovation: dirty walls, holes, and doors falling apart.
