Dom Gościnny Koja

The owners live in the same house and were so friendly, always ready to answer our questions. We had a very pleasant week in a clean room with a comfortable double bed and an extra sofa bed. The kitchen, shared with another family, had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was excellent and worked perfectly even outside the building. You can rent great bikes and a go-kart for an extra fee. There are spots on the property to relax and have a barbecue, too. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away. We highly recommend staying here!

The owners were so kind, cheerful, and helpful. Outside there’s a swing, sun loungers, a sandbox, and a pond. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and shared with another room. We stayed from July 29th to August 4th, my husband, daughter, and me, and had a wonderful time. The beach is about a kilometer away on foot, with restaurants along the route. We stayed at the Koja guesthouse in early August 2019, and it was just right if you want a quiet break. It sits in a peaceful guesthouse area in western Kołobrzeg, with kind, easygoing hosts and a big, well-kept house. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen stays clean, and the decor has tasteful nautical touches. The garden is lovely too. The beach takes about 15-20 minutes on foot along a walking and cycling path, or around 5 minutes by bike. On the way there are cafes and restaurants in a hotel and apartment complex, plus a seasonal fish and chip stand. About 100 meters from the guesthouse you can get waffles or ice cream and rent bikes, and there are several other restaurants nearby. We highly recommend it.

The owners made things easy from the start: they picked us up at the train station, took us back when we left, and helped us find meals that suited us. When the weather turned bad, the owner promptly checked whether we wanted the heating on. We had booked two rooms because of the circumstances. The upstairs room was spacious, with a lovely view and distinctive, cozy decor. Its shared bathroom and dining room were spotless and well supplied. Repairs in the second-floor bathroom meant we were moved downstairs, where we had a private bathroom and a kitchen right beside it with all the necessary appliances. That apartment had a bedroom and a living area, with doors opening onto the garden balcony. The garden is beautiful, with flowers, trees, and a fountain. The location is another plus. The sea is close, and a market and restaurants are about 10 minutes away. The center is roughly 5 km away, with bike paths along the seafront or through residential areas. We recommend this charming place!
