The kitchen was the best part for me. They made lots of tasty food, and I was surprised by how many vegetarian choices there were. I had a great five days sleeping, eating, and doing yoga in a very quiet spot surrounded by beautiful nature. The rooms are old, but livable. You can rent a bike or a canoe too.

We arrived without a booking, and a nice older couple found a spot for us and our big camper. We paid 20€ for one night with electricity. It felt safe and quiet, away from the centre, with lovely countryside views. It fits a bigger caravan well if there isn't another one there.

The breakfast was delicious, a proper Polish spread: scrambled eggs, tomatoes, cold cuts, cottage cheese, serek homogenizowany, milk and cereal, tea with lemon, two kinds of coffee, ham, chałka, three kinds of bread, and butter. The bread was a bit stale, though, and I may have forgotten something. The sausage was ridiculously good, even though I'm not usually a sausage person. Our room was sparkling clean, and the staff were flexible and accommodating, waiting for us until we arrived just before midnight. The bed could have been a little more comfortable, and I missed having a hairdryer. We paid for breakfast. It was a beautiful autumn visit!

A night to properly switch off, under a sky full of stars, then a vigorous kayak trip the next day. The location is wonderful, an ancient manor modernized while keeping its old-fashioned feel. It was a perfect place to clear my head and spend a fabulous time.

The rooms are cosy and nice, but breakfast was a bit disappointing. For 6 euros, all you get is sandwich fixings and coffee.
