The message came just 15 minutes before we were due to arrive: the apartment was unavailable because of technical problems, and they had no similar alternative for our dates. They said they would cancel the booking at no charge and refund the money, and apologized. Three days later, the money still hadn’t come back to my account. My husband, our three children, and I had booked this so-called apartment and paid in full beforehand. I wouldn’t recommend this scam.

We were happy with how smoothly everything went, and it was a great place to stay. The only disappointment was the cleaning. The ladies doing it could have done a much better job, which is a shame for such a nice apartment.

There are plenty of parking spaces, and the place is clean.

Cztery Pory Roku (Four Seasons) is just a housing estate with three apartment buildings. People live there, so it isn't a resort. Some units in different buildings are rented to tourists under the fashionable label of “apartments,” and that’s all there is to it. What exactly are people rating, someone else’s home? If you want to leave a review, rate the particular unit you rented instead of the whole estate. I’m giving one star only to alert visitors that “Four Seasons” is an ordinary housing estate.
