The balcony was dirty, there was no Wi-Fi, and parking was hard to find. The room itself was only just acceptable. Some rooms are rented out privately, which means you’re not treated as a proper hotel guest, for example, you have to pay extremely high prices to use the pool or spa area. In response to the comment: that reply doesn’t explain anything. How am I supposed to know who rents out which rooms or what the differences are? Should I have to study your business model before booking a room?

Stanislav did a great job in the gym, thank you! The people are friendly, and everyone speaks English. It’s family-friendly, with lots of Polish families around. Breakfast is generous and tasty, though there isn’t much for vegans. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, which was really disappointing. We asked for a technician, but nothing happened.
Absolutely awful hotel. Everything is overpriced, and the service is poor despite the high prices. Never again. Avoid this resort.
The beach is stunning, with lush forest stretching right to the dunes, and the hotel is well located. Shops are close by, though they shut early. Restaurants take a bit more effort to reach, but walking or taking a taxi is manageable. There’s nothing outright bad about the place, and the pool area is clean, but the whole facility feels neglected. The buffet meals are just okay and unremarkable. Inclusive breakfast runs from 7:30 to 10:00 am, and dinner from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. I’d skip restaurant Riccardo: the food is forgettable, with lots of packet sauces. It’s understaffed, so getting a drink order in can take a while. When the basement club gets going, you can hear it on the upper floors.
I live in Kołobrzeg and haven’t stayed at this hotel, so I’m only reviewing the gym I use. The equipment is okay, though some of it needs maintenance. The location near my home helps, but the deciding factor for me was having someone who speaks English and takes time to show me how to do the exercises. Stanisław knows his work and clearly enjoys it, and he does it very well. I looked at other gyms before choosing Diva. At 250 zł, it costs more than most, but having a capable English-speaking employee like Stanisław there was a big reason for my choice. Congratulations!
