Only three lifts were running in this 12-floor hotel, which made getting around a nightmare. I often had to walk from the 11th floor or back up to it. The reception was unpleasant, too. The two women serving arriving guests seemed unhappy to be there and had no manners. They really need some training. 🙄

Widowówka is such a beautiful place. The tea is served nicely and tastes great. The service is good, though it could use a little improvement.
