The location was great, but the noise meant we barely slept, so it didn't do us much good. We paid around $300 Canadian for a family room that was meant to overlook the park, with breakfast and supper included. The view was of the parking lot instead. Breakfast was good; I regret paying for supper. On the weekend, a nearby nightclub played loud music until 12:30 at night. At 4 a.m., city machines started cleaning the beach for about an hour, then delivery trucks arrived around 7. The room pillows were huge pieces of cut-up sponge, the sort we only use for decoration at home. I asked for different ones, but staff said they were too busy that night to help. They brought proper pillows in the morning, after I complained about the nonstop noise at 4:30 a.m. Some staff were nicer than others. The front desk seemed overwhelmed and couldn't help much. The room was dated, and the phone was missing its calling instructions sticker. Parking at the hotel, which they call a sanatorium, cost 50 zloty per night, which seemed high to me. Members of the public can access the facility's services daily from outside the property, which makes more sense. There's no air conditioning, and they couldn't provide a fan for the room.

We spent more than an hour in the hotel's cafe, just taking in the lovely view of the pier and beach. My wife especially recommends the mulled wine, or glühwein.

The facility was well kept, and the people and location were great. But there was loud music late at night from the molo bar, with crowds of young people singing and shouting on the beach. The bathroom was noisy too, and the parking lot was almost nonexistent.

We love coming back here every year. The service is excellent, the food is awesome, and the view is gorgeous. We walk along the beach for hours each day. There's also a path along the beach where lots of artists display their work, and some make art right there.

The location should be ideal, but on several nights loud kids stayed on the beach until the early hours. Hotel management and the city of Kolobrzez seem unable to control the unruly groups. It's time for me to find another city or sanatorium that respects its visitors.
