The beach is beautiful and nearby, and the town is quaint. Everything was very clean and well run. They should have signs and instructions in English if they want to attract more travellers. Looking at the other reviews, shame on you, what do you expect for low prices? The rooms were cleaned every other day, while B&B is once a week for the same price.

The hotel is about 200m from the porch to the sea and beach, so at least they deliver on that. And yes, when you don’t complain, the staff are nice and friendly. The Wi-Fi is an insult to the 21st century. If you plan to work remotely, forget it or bring your own hotspot. The connection won’t stay stable or reach decent speeds, pages stop loading, and VPNs disconnect. Claiming to offer Wi-Fi you can’t really use is false advertising. They introduced dining area rules because of coronavirus, but nobody enforces them, and the staff don’t manage the extra work. The cleaning staff don’t wipe floors properly, leaving them wet and slippery in your room, then argue it’s the weather’s fault. Don’t take a room beside the cleaning supply closet, the staff rattle around noisily and you can forget sleeping late. Ground floor rooms are also a bad idea because they let people park right outside the balconies. And there are inhabited spider webs in some corners, plainly in sight.

The pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the handmade lemonade is absolutely worth trying. It’s right by some tennis courts on the promenade near the beach.
