Eva Park Life Spa

We had a few service problems during our stay. There was a party next door, and reception only sent someone to ask them to quiet down after I called twice. We also couldn’t use the pool for two hours because so many people there weren’t guests of the complex. At reception, we were told the restaurant served until 10 pm, but when we arrived at 9:30 they’d stopped cooking and only drinks were available. Not the spa experience I expected.

I was frustrated by how hard it was to get a response from Eva Park Life in Warsaw. After losing an earring in the bed, I tried reaching the hotel several times by phone and social media, but no one replied. The service was terrible and communication was lacking. I was very disappointed with my stay and wouldn’t recommend it.

The pool and sauna are lovely, with a harmonious interior, a good atmosphere, comfortable water temperature, separate lanes, and huge windows facing the park and trees. But the changing room is wet, dirty, and overcrowded, with no benches and only a couple of chairs. There’s nowhere to put your things or sit to put on shoes. The old hair dryers barely work. I spent 15 minutes trying to dry my hair and it was still wet. You can’t rent a robe or slippers, and a towel costs 20 PLN. The staff are unfriendly and don’t explain anything.

I left feeling very disappointed and won’t return for a long stay, the pool, or the SPA. The room was dark and had stains on the carpet, and the staff weren’t friendly or helpful when I asked for assistance. For a hotel claiming four stars, I expected good rooms, food, and service, but that wasn’t my experience. When I explained things to the manager, all I got was “sorry.” I didn’t feel taken seriously or looked after. If you want a carefree stay in Konstancin, I wouldn’t choose this hotel.
