Apartamenty Bukowa Wisła

A nice place.

The balcony view of the mountains was lovely, and the apartment is only about a ten-minute walk from the center. Shops are close by too, including Aldi and Biedronka. Inside, everything was spotless. The bathroom has a large shower and smelled lovely, the bedroom has a big comfortable bed, and the kitchen has everything we needed. There’s also a TV in the living room and a parking spot in the underground garage for each apartment. We had great communication with the owner. A perfect place to relax, I highly recommend "Pod Aniołami" on Bukowa Street in Wisła. 10 out of 10 ❤️

On our fifth visit, we ended up in an apartment with two balconies facing Bukowa Street, after having been regulars here before. The traffic is heavy, especially at weekends, and the noise and exhaust fumes made it impossible to sit outside or leave the windows open. There was also constant pedestrian and bicycle traffic. Since there are no curtains, people on the pavement and street can look in, so we had to keep the blinds down even during the day. Although it’s on the first floor, the apartment is almost level with the pavement because the road slopes uphill. We also couldn’t relax with the courtyard windows open. A group of children played in the fenced courtyard the whole time, and the noise made it hard to focus on a conversation. When we raised these issues, the manager just said, “Everyone else was happy here,” and sulked because we wanted to shorten our stay and switch from the regular rate back to the standard nightly price. Since he doesn’t seem to understand the problem, I’m sharing this for future guests. You may not be told that the balconies face the street.

The apartment was clean, fully equipped, and nicely soundproofed, so we didn’t hear the street. One of its two balconies has a beautiful mountain view. It’s stylishly furnished and about a ten-minute walk from the market square, with a Biedronka and a Frog supermarket nearby. The only downside is that it’s so lovely you won’t want to leave. I highly recommend staying at "Pod Aniołami".
