Panorama Hotel

We only stayed two days, and leaving was the hard part. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with balconies, and now and then you could spot deer in the meadow from the window. The shared kitchens were clean, pleasant, and had everything we needed. There’s also a little waterfall just across the road, good for winter swimming in winter and a swim on warmer days. The owner and his son were especially lovely and helpful, and the owner is great to talk to. We were fortunate to join a winter swimming event that also raised money for sick children, with the owner and his son giving it a lot of support. It’s a lovely place at a great price, and it’s a pleasure to return somewhere with people like this. Best wishes, hope we see you again. 😀

The waterfall across the street is a nice bonus, and the host was friendly. This is an affordable, clean place for people who aren’t looking for luxury. Some of the furnishings could use a refresh or replacement, particularly in the bathroom. The door also lets in a lot of sound, so you can hear the hallway and the neighbors talking in the next room.

Having two kitchens and a dining room available is a real plus. The rooms are at a typical mountain guesthouse standard, with terraces and bathrooms. A very pleasant place, run by a wonderful owner. I’d recommend it.

Handy for the trails and reasonably priced. The room had a kettle and a comfortable bed, and there’s a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area.
