Dolina Resort Zakopane

We found the apartment just as it had been described. There were two burners and a well-stocked kitchen, with pots, a pan, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery, dishes, cups, glasses, a strainer, and more. The bathroom was clean, and the bedroom was its own separate room off the living area and kitchenette. There were two balconies, plus a TV, Wi-Fi that worked without signal trouble, a hairdryer, clothes dryer, iron, and an adjustable radiator in every room. And the lovely lady who lives there deserves a mention. She was so kind, helpful, and always smiling, with such infectious energy that we ended up climbing two peaks over 2,000 meters high, even though we hadn't planned to. She's an angel :) We highly recommend her and say thank you!

The main drawback was the parking. There isn't much room, and with everyone parking wherever, getting out can be difficult. Otherwise, the room was clean and cozy for up to two people. It's a handy base for trips to Zakopane, with bus stops 200 meters away in both directions and Kościeliska Valley just a short walk away.

The spot is quiet, and the location worked well for us. The bus stop is right by the entrance to the apartments, so Zakopane is only a short ride away. Kościeliska Valley is 500 meters off, and there are local shops and two places to eat about the same distance away. A BP gas station is very close too. It met all my expectations, and I can easily recommend it. I think we'll be glad to come back, there are plenty of reasons to.
