Our group of 42 stayed for three days, and every one of us was impressed. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere peaceful and quiet, and the location excellent. We’re grateful to the whole hotel team for the hospitality, especially the excellent staff and management. The breakfasts were delicious and the service outstanding. We hope we’ll get to work together again in the future. Travel Agency AP SAULI
We stayed at your hotel for a week and had a pretty cool time. The woman serving breakfast was lovely, but the woman in the sauna was super rude :/
A good hotel in Zakopane, with wellness facilities, a pool, and breakfast. Reception was nice, the rooms were big, and the staff friendly. There’s underground parking and a room for bikes and ski gear.
A clean place with excellent service and a pleasant team to deal with. The pool, jacuzzi, and saunas are always ready to use 👌🌄👍 It’s a peaceful spot, good for anyone who likes quiet or wants to get an early start in the mountains. Kuźnice, the main Baseplace, is just a few minutes away on foot, with beautiful views along the way. I encourage you to stay here ✌️
The receptionist was super arrogant and gave answers to simple questions in a tone like I was asking something incredible. The service was totally horrible. In my opinion, she should be fired.
