Góralska Rezydencja

My wife and I booked 16 days at Jaz Belvedere Sharm El-Sheikh, but on day 8 I was suddenly made to leave without a clear explanation. I was alone in a foreign country with no support, while my wife, who was in the early stages of pregnancy, stayed at the hotel. The staff showed no empathy or professionalism. I felt intimidated and unsafe, and my wife received inappropriate comments and unsolicited invitations from staff. That was unacceptable. Not long after this very stressful period, my wife unfortunately lost the pregnancy. I don't directly blame the hotel for the medical outcome, but it happened during the time shaped by their actions and lack of responsibility. Because I felt unsafe, I couldn't file a complaint locally then. I am now formally reporting the incident to the Romanian Embassy and the relevant authorities. The experience caused us serious distress and disappointment. I strongly advise future guests to think carefully before choosing this hotel.
