I enjoyed my stay a lot and will definitely come back. Check-in and check-out were easy, and there was plenty of parking. The rooms were clean and a little outdated, though that didn't bother me. Zakopane downtown is a 10-15 minute drive.

We spent a couple of nights here with my wife. Our room was spacious, the view was gorgeous, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was a good traditional buffet, and the restaurant also looks out over the mountains and valley. There were lots of services available, but we didn't have time to try them. A few small room issues cost it a star: a damaged table lamp, a kitchen cupboard missing its handle, and a little water leaking in a bathroom corner.

The people were good, but room service wasn't. Our room felt very small, even with that amazing view and big balcony. It was noisy at night, and there didn't seem to be anyone keeping order in the hotel.

The local bus stop is 300m down the hill, with buses to the city centre every 15-20 minutes for 3zl. There is ample parking too. The place is outside the city, with an excellent view of Tatra from the window and balcony, and decent breakfast options. I liked my stay.

The location is nice and the view is amazing. Staff were very friendly, and the lady at reception was helpful and understanding.
