We arrived to find the apartment freezing, with the temperature below 10°C. The owner wouldn’t offer another place to stay or a refund, and didn’t seem willing to help. One of us was pregnant, too. We had to sort out the heating ourselves, and trying to light the fireplace filled the whole floor with smoke. A complete failure. I don’t recommend this place.

We stayed over the May long weekend and found the price reasonable. The apartment was clean, had no bad smells, and came with a kitchenette and a few board games for the kids. The views were lovely, communication was good throughout, the pool was clean, and the furnace worked perfectly. Parking is in the basement, and there’s a small playground about a five-minute walk away. Parents should keep an eye on the stairs, though there is a gate for curious children. My kids actually liked the stairs, so I didn’t see that as a downside. I recommend it!

The location and mountain view were the only real positives. There was dust everywhere, so we had to clean when we arrived, and the living room smelled the whole time. There was no communication from the staff. The apartment felt like somebody lived there. For the price, the quality wasn’t good.

We were sorry to leave. The rooms were warm, clean, and comfortable, and the decor was so pleasant that we wanted to stay longer. Everything we needed was there, including a dishwasher, hairdryer, and towels. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great, close to the fishery with beautiful views. It was a real hit with us.
