We expected to enjoy our stay, but the apartment owner let us down badly. We paid a lot to have the pool heated, yet it was left cold during a freezing winter, with temperatures at -10 degrees. The sheets and towels weren't changed, nothing was cleaned, and the heating wasn't turned on at night, so we were freezing. In short, I wouldn't recommend it.

I rented the villa for a few nights to take employees away for training days. The place itself met our needs, but the owner really didn't. He asked for the money as soon as we arrived, and there wasn't a bed. He also hadn't mentioned that one guest would be sleeping on the spa in the living room. I paid for pool heating and sent thousands of zlotys, but the pool stayed ice cold. We also paid for cleaning and fresh towels and sheets, and got none of it. He stopped responding to our messages and calls. Then he kept our deposit, claiming someone had smoked by the pool. I feel he cheated me and took my money. In short, stay away.

We went with a group of friends, and the owner didn't meet any of his obligations. We were left with a cold pool and an apartment with no service or cleaning, and he also kept the deposit. I'd strongly advise staying away and finding a better apartment in the area.

We were a large group staying at the villa for a few days, and I wouldn't recommend anyone go near it. The owner took money in advance, but we didn't get what we'd been promised. The pool was cold and dirty, the place hadn't been cleaned, and the sheets were dirty too. We feel the owner cheated us and took a lot of money for nothing.

The place is very old. We stayed for three nights and paid extra to have the pool heated, but it wasn't. We also paid for cleaning on the second day, but no one cleaned, and the money wasn't returned.
