The staff were friendly and always available, and I’d highly recommend this place for a holiday in the heart of the Tatra Mountains. It’s excellent value, with the beautiful Mała Łąka Valley very close by (last photo) and a bus stop to Zakopane just steps away. There’s a lot here: cozy rooms with private shower bathrooms, heating, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, TV, very comfortable beds, and usually a private balcony with stunning Tatra views. The property also has a kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, terrace, sauna, and parking.

We had plenty of options for getting around without a car. Buses and a city bus stop nearby, and you can get off at Nędza Kubińca and walk downhill instead of climbing uphill. The city bus to Zakopane is another option, with a downhill walk to it :D. There’s convenient parking too, so it also works well if you do have a car. Rajski Market nearby has good prices, meaning there’s no need to shop at Biedronka in Zakopane. The common area has fantastic espresso and a lovely mountain view, with room for breakfast or even lunch. Everything felt thought through. The owners were helpful, friendly, and positive, and the property was clean, beautiful, and well maintained. Our room was great, with nothing to complain about, and the thick walls kept the neighbors’ noise out. I loved everything about this place.

We had a fantastic stay in a quiet, peaceful setting. The owners were incredibly friendly, often offering advice and stopping for a chat. There’s a huge equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area. Downstairs we found a laundry room, sauna, games room, and barbecue area, plus plenty of parking. The mountains, bus stop, and store are all close by. The rooms were warm, clean, and well equipped to a high standard. The view straight toward Giewont was fantastic, so I’d bring binoculars. Everything was top-notch, I wholeheartedly recommend it!

The view was wide open, except when the fog rolled in :) The owners were kind and helpful, and the villa was so well kept it looked as if it had just been decorated for us guests yesterday. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped, and we could use the billiards table and the playroom for little ones. A truly wonderful place. :)
