The food was decent and did the job when we were hungry, though it was a little bland and nothing special. Since Krąg doesn’t have many restaurants, it’s still a reasonable option if you’re nearby and have time for a leisurely lunch. The kitchen is on the slow side. The place sits beside a somewhat busy local road across the lake. Inside, the decor feels dated, dark, and heavy. They seem to have aimed for a castle or palace look, but it didn’t quite come together.

We were there as a hunting group, and it’s a great place to stay together. Breakfast was great, and dinner has improved a lot over the past five years. The Wi-Fi was good enough to watch Formula 1.

We stop at Kręg every year on the way to the seaside and again on the return trip, and I’m always very happy with the food. The pork chop and trout are standouts for me, but the other dishes are delicious too. The staff are very friendly. This year, thanks to the lovely Mrs. Ania for taking care of us 👏🏻😁 I wholeheartedly recommend it 🥰
