The keys for both the building entrance and the studio, five in total for some reason, didn't work. We had to use the entry code every time since there were no working spares. In the mornings there was constant noise from people leaving and cars outside, especially the garbage truck collecting the hotel's rubbish, which brought a stale smell with it. We also asked to check out two hours late and were told that wasn't possible because the studio needed to be prepared for the next guests. Given the state we found it in, that struck me as funny. On arrival, the room had a strong musty smell, the windows weren't open, and there was dust everywhere, including on the plastic plants. There was pubic hair on the toilet. We called the owner and were first told to wait an hour for the cleaner, which wasn't acceptable since the studio should have been clean when we arrived. They did get someone there within 20 minutes, and she cleaned the spots we pointed out. But I checked the towel rack after she left, and the photo I took was after the cleaning. I've stayed in hostels with more people that were much cleaner. This was the worst place I've stayed. The place felt very unprofessional, like it was being run just to make money rather than give guests a good stay. Best of luck to anyone who books it. Response: Yes, this is one of your studios. The booking wasn't under my name, but unfortunately I was one of the guests. :) People should check the booking reviews, since they can find the same complaints from others. Nice try, though.
