Really good.

The location is good, next to the station, and the gentleman who welcomed us was kind. It was also a good price. But the place was dirty, and the building smelled of mold, cigarettes, and dust as soon as you walked in, like the room had never been aired. There was no hot water apart from a small shower for one person, and the internet didn't work. I wouldn't recommend it. I think there are more worthwhile options.

The kitchen in the room and the spot near the market square were the only things we liked. We stayed two nights over the May long weekend, and we won't come back. An older woman showed us around and said the building was safe, with cameras everywhere. But ten minutes after check-in, when we needed help because we'd lost our wallet, we found that half the cameras weren't working. The other guests were noisy downstairs, and on our last day we heard shouting and swearing in the stairwell right outside our door. We didn't feel comfortable there.

The owners were really friendly, and the location was handy: a 24-hour convenience store is 1-2 minutes away, and the train station is 5-6 minutes on foot. Our triple room was perfectly fine, with a TV and Wi-Fi that ran at about 12 Mbps. There was a fridge with a freezer, plus plenty of pots, plates, and other things for making dinner. The bathroom had towels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer. I'd recommend it.
