There was no elevator, so hauling my suitcase up all those stairs was a pain. The breakfast choices were really poor too. They only came to clean once, and our trash was left there.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and our Room 22 had everything we needed for two: a little hob, kettle, fridge, and enough dishes and cutlery. The beds were comfy, and the hairdryer was provided. Towels, soap, and shower gel came in travel-size bottles, and the bathroom's underfloor heating was very welcome in the morning. Staff only came in to bring fresh towels if you stayed more than three days. It's in a quiet area, though just a five-minute walk from the main square. Bus and tram stops are around the corner, along with good coffee shops. Check-out was at 10am. We could leave our cases by the office, which closes at 2pm; leaving them longer is at your own risk, although the building feels very secure. There's no lift, only stairs, so ask for a lower floor if mobility is an issue. Fab stay, good value, and I'd highly recommend it.

The staff were lovely and helpful, and the apartment was very clean with everything we needed. It's close to everything and was a perfect spot. Thanks for a great stay, we'd come back if we're in krakow again. I didn't find the beds very comfortable, though. There's no lift, and we were right at the top, so those 100 stairs every time were a killer. If stairs or walking are difficult for you, definitely ask for a lower floor.

The kids loved the upper-level bed, and the kitchen area and accessories were spotless. It's a lovely apartment, within walking distance of lots of attractions and very close to the main square. The downside was the noise. There was constant sound inside and outside until the early hours, and the radiator banged for hours, disturbing our sleep. We'd still recommend staying here, perhaps in another room.

There are lots of restaurants nearby, including a nice Vietnamese place just across the street. The area is quiet, and the apartment has plenty of windows you can open for fresh air. Our room had enough space, and the kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed. I really enjoyed our stay, though the pillow in our room seemed old and wasn't comfortable.
