The policy around the sauna and jacuzzi is strange. You're allowed to walk around without your own clothes, but the jacuzzi area isn't locked and people can look in. It was cold, too, so what is a woman in a towel supposed to do, get naked where everyone can see? I don't understand how you're meant to sit in the jacuzzi naked. Maybe the rule is just there to limit traffic.

The atmosphere here is great, especially during the regular steam sessions. There’s a lot to enjoy: three dry saunas, two steam saunas, a salt cave, jacuzzi, outdoor barrel, a little terrace with loungers, a relaxation room and a bar. Definitely recommend it. Best place in Krakow.

The thermal baths and spa are nice, but the staff behavior was outrageous. A woman suddenly came into the bar yelling, "FUCK! MY SD CARD IS FUCKED!!!" and more. Leaving the language aside, customers were in sauna clothes, while she herself barged in dressed like she was going plowing. Take your money somewhere else. Seriously.

The rooms, bathroom and hallways look like they could have been finished to a decent standard, so the place seems to have had potential. But the reception desk had a jug labeled "Title THX". I'd never seen anything like it :-) The rooms also feel neglected, with dirt making half the cupboards sticky.

The saunas look really nice and have music, but they weren't heated :/ I brought it up at reception as I was leaving around 5:30 p.m. and got a lovely smile and the suggestion that maybe they hadn't had time to warm them up yet (sic!!). Is that really taking a customer seriously?
