Armon Residence

We booked for three, but the third bed was just the couch opened up, and once it was out there was no room left. This is compact even for two people, so they shouldn't list it for three on airbnb/booking.con. Our room was on the third floor with no elevator, and carrying our luggage up was a struggle.

The rooms are basic, though clean, and the old town is an easy walk away. We hadn't expected to walk 10 minutes for breakfast each morning, but the breakfast itself was excellent.

I've stayed here 3 times now, so I've got a fairly clear impression. The lack of a reception actually suits me. It feels more like staying in a flat than in a hotel, which makes it feel homier. The rooms are modern and nice, and I appreciate having AC since many Krakow hotels don't. The location works well too: around 15 minutes on foot to the Old Town and 5 minutes from the Vistula River. A couple of things could be better, though. The curtains collect a lot of dust, and the rooms can feel dusty if they aren't cleaned regularly. The fridge is weak, so drinks don't stay cold. For the price, it's good value and a good place to stay.

The price is very reasonable and the location is ideal, close to the surrounding amenities. It's a very small hotel, clean throughout, though the rooms could use some TLC. There's no breakfast service, just so you know, but Poranki next door is a great breakfast bar.
