We had a great stay, apart from one chandelier that just wouldn’t switch off. The owner really tried to help, and he was very pleasant and helpful. We’ll definitely come again.

Apartment no. 2 was clean and worked well for five adults. The neighborhood was quiet and very clean, and we had a pleasant stay.

We came away exhausted, not rested. The upstairs banging went on constantly, along with what sounded like a sheet being dragged across the floor, day and night. It was impossible to sleep or even drift off. Around 5 in the morning it might get quiet, but even earplugs didn’t help. The TV kept getting louder too. We believed the reviews saying it was quiet, but that wasn’t our experience, and it felt as if some of the noise was being made on purpose. Pipes downstairs meant we could constantly hear showers and running water as well. The kitchen was decades old and falling apart: broken handles, a leaking siphon under the sink with a pan placed beneath it, and shelves that wouldn’t open. The toilet door wouldn’t close, and its handle was broken too. The listing photos didn’t match what we found. Hallway lights were burned out, making a nighttime trip to the toilet dangerous, especially for a child. There was no light in the refrigerator either. For the first three days the radiators were cold, the place felt like a cellar, and the floor was cold. Everyone got sniffly. The towel warmer was cold too, so nothing dried and the towels stayed wet. There was a step in the toilet like one in a basement, easy to fall on. The bed linen was wrinkled, as if straight from the washing machine, and covered in black lumps that looked like dirt. It seemed ten years old. This was awful, not a hotel I’d recommend at all. We chose it because reviews mentioned quiet and the bed, and there were 150 reviews like that everywhere, plus the nature. It turned out HORRIBLE. I thought I’d never see a place this bad in my life.
