The photos on the website looked lovely, but the beds were wrecked, especially the living room sofa, and the mattresses were filthy. The fifth person had to sleep on a camping-style bed. The towels smelled terrible, and there was blood on the toilet paper. There wasn’t an oven or a microwave either. With the windows open in summer it was very noisy, but it was too hot to keep them shut, so we had no real choice. I was absolutely disappointed. They should take that star away.
