The staff, based nearby at the Venetian House apartments, were very helpful and booked all our tours, saving us time and effort. The apartments were beautiful and spotless, and the location was right in the center. We stayed for four nights in April 2019 and had a superb city break. We loved Krakow.

It’s a good price, clean and comfortable, and the location is super. But you pay for that with the noise. It’s SOOOOO noisy, and only quiet between 6am-8am. Walking through the restaurant downstairs is awkward too, since there’s clearly an issue between the two businesses. There’s no lift either. Sadly, I wouldn’t come back because I need decent sleep.

The apartments are beautiful, fully equipped, and quiet, and the location is great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Just read the check-in instructions carefully, or make sure you have a phone that can call reception, since reception isn’t at Tue apartment.

The rooms are really nice, and the location is great. It’s also handy that you can get back in at night if you go out, instead of being locked out.

Right in the middle of the old town, which is an excellent location. The rooms were clean.
