We’ll definitely deal with Best Rest Appartments again on future visits. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, with very good communication throughout, and the office staff made the experience memorable. Staff were extremely helpful and reunited me with my phone after it fell from my pocket in the tour mini bus. They also arranged the tour before we arrived. We stayed in appartment no1, about a five-minute walk from the main office. There’s a hospital across the street, so ambulances occasionally pass with sirens blaring, but it wasn’t enough to spoil the stay, and it was quiet through the night. The apartment was spacious, with a bathroom and small kitchen supplied with pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. A hairdryer was provided too.

Studio apartment nr 4 was small but lovely, warm, quiet, and clean. It had a bed, TV, kitchen, and bathroom, though no frying pan. Still, a lovely place ;)

The location is the only real positive, just steps from the historic center. The room was tiny, and so was the bathroom sink. There was nowhere in the shower to put anything, no coat rack for even a jacket, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, with a rickety mattress and just a terrycloth mattress protector. I strongly advise against choosing this place.

I dislike being charged odd fees that aren’t listed on the website and only show up at checkout, especially when I’m paying for something that didn’t happen. They charged 40 PLN for room service, but there was no room service. The trash stayed in the room for two days until I took it out myself; towels weren’t replaced, and the usual disposables were missing. Expensive, and there are nicer places for this price.
