The staff checked in to make sure I had the entry instructions, then followed up to see that everything was okay. I stayed for seven nights and loved coming back to the apartment’s warm, cosy feel each day. It’s a lovely, inviting place for one person or a couple, fully self-contained and in a quiet area a short walk from Old Town. I’d highly recommend it for a stay in Krakow.

The host sorted out my small air-conditioning problem within an hour of me reporting it, after responding straight away. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the location is unbeatable, just a walk from the Main Square. Excellent service, highly recommended.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and when we had a small heating problem they fixed it quickly and compensated us. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The sofa bed is really hard and uncomfortable if there are more than two people. It’s around a 15-minute walk from the centre, so a little far but not too bad. We stayed four days and thought it was good value and a very good stay overall. :)

Under a ten-minute walk gets you to the city centre. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were so helpful. Highly recommend!

WARNING: Scammers. I booked a place with a living room, a separate bedroom, and a balcony. What I got was a tiny attic, a mattress crammed into an alcove, no balcony, and no windows apart from a skylight. There was also a very unpleasant musty smell. I complained, but still haven’t received a refund.
