Boutique Aparthotel & Apartments

Terrible hotel. Their Expedia page clearly says “check-in anytime” and “24/7 front desk,” but that's completely false. The hotel was closed, the doors were locked, the lights were off, and there was nobody at the front desk. How can a hotel advertise 24/7 service and then be completely shut down? My mom arrived late at night and doesn't speak Polish, which made everything even more stressful. Nobody told her that the place apparently closes at 2 a.m. When I contacted Expedia, they agreed the listing was misleading and gave her a full refund. This hotel is a joke, and the owner clearly doesn't care about providing honest or reliable service.

We stayed here on our trip to Krakow, and it felt like home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance. The rooms are warm, spacious, heated, and always clean. What stood out most was Mohammed's kindness. During my first few days in Krakow, I struggled to find an open pharmacy and had no luck. I asked Mohammed, and he gave me full boxes of medicine to help me feel better. He's very approachable, and you can tell he enjoys his work. Thank you for making us feel at home over Christmas. I hope to return!

A lovely place to stay. The staff were really helpful, the rooms were very warm, and the location is central.

My flight was cancelled, so I had to make a reservation at short notice. I tried to contact the property by ringing the doorbell and sending a message through Agoda, but got no response. I then contacted Agoda customer service, who could have reached out to the property owner as well. It was very frustrating that the owner only communicates with Agoda and not directly with guests. It was a terrible experience, and I lost $50. I tried several times to contact the owner through Agoda's hotel messaging, but only received a reply the next day saying cancellation was not possible. Never book this place through Agoda.
