The owner cancelled our reservation four days beforehand, even though we had booked it months earlier! We booked through Expedia, where I have made more than 100 reservations without much trouble. Since I was already in town, I went to the property, but there was no reception. When I called, a very stupid woman refused to help. I would personally avoid any place that can let you down at any time and show such blatant disregard for your efforts to resolve the issue.

The location is good, but everything else made this one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

They don't have an iron.

It was almost like being in a basement.

The rats running around the stairwell and the awful smell are nothing compared with dealing with Mrs. K., who turned out to be the worst landlord possible. Showing the apartment to prospective tenants while you're still inside is illegal and completely out of line.
