Comfy Studio Chodkiewicza by Renters

Nice place.

The staff's response to our complaints was basically, “If you don't like it, you can leave tomorrow,” which meant the third day of our stay. We were offered a refund of the cleaning fee, but it never arrived. We got a replacement kettle, and that was all. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're prepared to clean the whole apartment yourself first. There was mold on the air conditioner and stains and mold on the walls. The kettle, oven, coffee maker, sink, pots, and other kitchenware were filthy, some of it damaged, and some utensils were missing. Food scraps from previous tenants were still in the kitchen. The bathroom had a missing shower knob and broken hangers. The skylight blind was held with a zip tie that slid open with a bang. The remote batteries were dead, and dust billowed from the fireplace.

The manager was extremely helpful. The attic apartment is lovely and meticulously maintained. A few small cleanliness issues came up, but they were dealt with promptly.

We had a really enjoyable few days here with friends. The apartment was nice and clean, though there was some wall damage. It got very hot, but having a fan helped. Tourist spots are all within about a 20-minute walk, and a large shopping centre is just five minutes away. Great location, and the price was reasonable too. Definitely recommended.
