It was easy to get into the city center, and our room was lovely, spotless, and well looked after. The receptionist was so welcoming and kind from the start. Breakfast was very good too, with plenty of choice and good quality. We’d happily come back and would recommend staying here.

My parents-in-law went to Krakow hoping to visit Auschwitz, but a run of mishaps meant they couldn't make it. What they will remember from the trip is this superb hotel. The location and service were both top notch, and the team was capable and helpful, especially the lady at reception. I recommend it for a stay in Krakow.

We had a great weekend in Krakow at Cracowdays. The rooms were roomy and spotless, and both the hosts and the breakfast were excellent. Communication was always clear, and check-in went smoothly. Looking forward to staying at Cracowdays again :)

The area is lovely and quiet, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and parks, and it's only about ten minutes from the Old Town. Our room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was great, and the host was friendly.
