For just a few days, I'd recommend staying here. The rest of it is honestly great, and I'd stay again, but the showers are frustrating: they're fixed to the wall, run on a timer, and the pressure can actually hurt sometimes. The walls are thin as well, so you hear what your neighbours are saying and doing.

The place itself isn't bad, but construction noise right outside my private room went on for two days in a row from 6:00am. There was drilling and even whistling right by my window. The receptionist had told me work was supposed to begin at 9:00am and asked the workers not to start early, but they ignored that and began at 6:00am anyway. She also said compensation wasn't available.

Everything was as described and met expectations for the price. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless, and the hostel was clean and well organized throughout. Reception is staffed around the clock, so there was always someone to help. It’s only a few minutes on foot to the historic centre, with supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. Thanks for the stay.

They brought us breakfast and dinner each day. The food was okay, though we found hair in it on two occasions. The hostel is fairly near the centre, but nighttime noise meant we probably needed to keep the windows shut. The rooms were okay, and the toilets were good, though the shower pressure was far too strong. The beds came apart a bit too easily, and the doors and walls were so thin that we could hear everything.

Cheap, cheap, cheap. The furniture was old and squeaky, the taps shut off on a timer, and they gave you barely any toilet paper.
