Ermine Suites

The family room was spacious and convenient, with everything we needed, and there was even a small kit of amenities for the kids. The reception staff were warm, helpful, and available whenever we had a question. The old town location is perfect. The room could use a bit more upkeep given how many visitors the property has, since we noticed stains on the sofa and paint on the wall, but otherwise our stay was perfect.

The Ermine Suites are only a few minutes’ walk from the main square, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Our suite looked brand new and was spotless, and we loved how fresh it smelled when we arrived. Joanna was lovely when she met us, and even though we arrived early, she let us go straight to our two-bedroom suite. There was a lift, which was a real help on an upper floor, since many Krakow apartments have lots of stairs and no lift. Each day we were left a bottle of water at no charge, and there was fruit for us on arrival too. Towels were changed regularly, and they offered to change the sheets as well. We only stayed a few nights and didn’t need that, but it was nice of them to ask. Dressing gowns and slippers were provided, along with complimentary tea and coffee in the kitchen. We had a lovely stay and I’d definitely recommend Ermine Suites. Sarah From the UK.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and roomy, with all the amenities we expected and then some. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Joanna, who went out of her way to accommodate us. We’ll definitely return when we visit Krakow again.

There was plenty of room for everyone, so it never felt cramped, and the kids had their own place to sleep and relax. The elevator was a plus, and everything is close by. Grandma and the kids were all happy with the stay. We’ll be back for sure.
