I expected basic service and a comfortable place to rest, but the staff service and my stay overall were disappointing. The front desk interactions at check-in and check-out were fine, with no major issues. The worst part was dealing with two female housekeeping staff members. I was staying for several days and asked for fresh towels. They ignored me at first and kept cleaning as if I hadn’t spoken. After I asked several times, they finally handed them over without a word. There may have been a language barrier, but I still found the attitude and lack of basic hospitality unacceptable. The walls also seemed extremely thin. Housekeeping started around 8:00 a.m., and I could hear everything as though there were no walls. The noise woke me every morning and made it hard to rest properly. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just basic service and a comfortable environment. Management should seriously reconsider staff training, including for housekeeping. The poor service and lack of comfort left me with a very negative impression.

The staff were friendly and ready to help, and the whole place felt comfortable. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed. It was also easy to get around, with the main station nearby and Krakow old town a short walk away.

Getting to Krakow's central areas and the main station took about a 10-15 minute walk. The room itself was well equipped for cooking, with all the utensils and appliances we needed, including a dishwasher. The fresh, modern renovation made a good impression too.

Joanna was so friendly and helpful, and the room was tidy and roomy. The location made everything easy, just a 5 minute walk from Krakow Main station. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

After a terrible stay in another apartment, finding InQSE really turned my day around. Receptionist Joanna welcomed me so warmly and helped me find the right place. I usually book a larger apartment with a separate bedroom because I work there, and she also shared a lot of useful tips. She was so kind and helpful, a lovely way to start the day. Thanks so much!
