Garden Apartment by Loft Affair

Before booking, look closely at the photos of the specific property. Both apartments had the same pictures, which was misleading in our case. The listing was for Studio Garden at ul. Praska 34a/46 in Krakow, managed by Loft Affair Apartments. We booked through Booking.com starting January 6, 2023, and took the photos that day. The apartment was run down and dirty: the sofa was stained, the mattress was torn and soaked in urine, and the pots were unwashed with cooked-on residue. A broken stove knob made the stove unusable. Because of the apartment’s size and condition, Loft Affair Apartments moved us to a larger place at ul. Śląska 8a. It wasn’t any cleaner. The brochure photos barely match the real conditions. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, and wonder whether the company’s management would want to live this way. The state of the place shows a lack of respect for customers.
