Go Cracow Resort

A great place to spend the night if you want to be as close as possible to the Old Town of Cracow. Fully recommended.

The photos give a very different impression from the rooms we found. They were tiny and dirty, with wallpaper and a lamp coming away from the wall and sockets falling out. The bathroom looked like a hospital bathroom, and the sink was yellowed instead of white like in the picture. Wiping the picture made dust fall, and behind the bed there was dust and candy, as if it hadn't even been moved for cleaning. The price doesn't match these conditions. I don't recommend it.

The room was so cold that I had to sleep in a sweatshirt, and the chill still woke me up. There were other problems too: a hair in the shower, a limescale-covered kettle and somebody else's medication by the bed. One lamp was out and the coat rack was broken. Breakfast was very poor, with stale bread and hardly any choice, so on the second day we ate in town instead. I know the price was reasonable, but some standards still need to be kept.

The hotel outside the rooms was very nice and cozy, which is the only reason for the two stars. My room was dusty everywhere, with cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. There was brown mold above the shower, and the bathroom light didn't work. Staff did nothing about it. I also found half-brown toilet paper in the toilet.
