Bogoria House

We'd stayed at Bogoria Loft Affair Residence before and really enjoyed it, so we were looking forward to coming back. The apartment is still beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, in a perfect, quiet, well-kept location for exploring Krakow. This time the service fell short of our previous visit. It seems nobody is on site now, which made it harder to sort out small issues. Staff were always polite, but their replies felt formal rather than focused on finding a solution. We couldn't get a coat hanger, which was awkward with a few wet coats. The terrace was open but not really usable without cushions. I later found out it's described as seasonal, though that isn't mentioned in the listing. There's also very little clothes storage. We asked for a small favour, a one-hour-later checkout, especially given those minor problems, but it wasn't possible. Communication stayed courteous, but there wasn't much flexibility or personal touch. It's a lovely apartment in a great spot, though we missed the warmer, more helpful service from our first stay. With a little more guest support, it could easily be outstanding again.

Getting into Hotel Bogoria was easy, and I didn't have to worry about missing a check-in time. The instructions made access convenient. Before the elevator, there's a pin-locked key box for your room. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from the old town. Across the cobbled road there's a small restaurant for an easy meal and a drink. Inside, the room felt spacious, not cramped, and getting Netflix on the TV was just a button press. There are some rules: depending on who you're visiting with, erotic activities aren't allowed because the rooms are so close together. Quiet hours run from 9 pm to 6 am.

Right in the middle of everything, the location was absolutely perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, spacious and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

We'd definitely return. Our executive room had a lovely character, and the views from the room and around the hotel were amazing. It was beautifully decorated, very spacious and comfortable, with furniture of exceptional quality. Great value for money, too. The location is perfect, close to the main square and all amenities, with plenty of paid parking just a short walk away.
