Anna made us feel at home, and was so helpful with taxi transfers to and from the airport. She gave us a street map and suggestions for places to visit, and offered luggage storage when we left. Apartment No4 had loads of space, a comfortable seating area, a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony for sitting with a drink and watching people go by. The Old Town is a 10-minute walk and the Jewish Quarter around 20 minutes away, though you can also take a tram or taxi. Taxis are cheap. I used the Bolt app and got to Jewish Q for about £2. The apartment was lovely, spotless, and had all the amenities we needed. The attractions were just a stone’s throw away. Anna was wonderful the whole time, knowledgeable and helpful, and arranged our airport transfers and helped set up trips. We’ll definitely book these apartments again. Thanks again, Anna xx

We were greeted and shown around the room, and got advice about Friday afternoon taxi travel time to the airport. The room was clean and well appointed, and we couldn’t fault it or the location. The main square is about a 12-minute walk away, and the old building has been beautifully restored.

The street can be noisy at times, but closing the windows and doors takes care of it. The apartments are well placed, less than a 10-minute walk from the market square, with small eateries and grocery shops nearby. We booked three nights with Anna & Janusz and everything went smoothly: Anna always replied promptly and helpfully, check-in was seamless, the stay was very comfortable, and checking out was easy. A highly recommended place to stay in Krakow. :)-

A park is just a few metres away, and the old town center is about a 10-minute walk. The tram is even closer, around two minutes away. Anna welcomed me when I arrived; she was polite, informative and professional, as well as very nice. The apartment was spacious and charming, in a beautiful characterful building, with Polish furniture, books and textiles. It had every convenience I needed, and the WiFi was perfect. I really enjoyed the easy access to central Krakow and would absolutely recommend it.
