PURO Kraków Kazimierz

For my first solo vacation, this hotel turned out to be a great choice. The staff were very friendly, and I relaxed in the sauna and spa every day. The TV also supports streaming. I walked to the city centre each day, and with the good weather that was no problem for me. There's a train station nearby as well. If I come back to Krakau, I'll stay here again. Thanks for everything!

We held our annual team offsite here, and every person in the group was impressed. The rooms were great, the food excellent, the location perfect, and the workshop setup suited us exactly. Staff responded quickly whenever we needed something. Ola, our MICE Coordinator, deserves a special mention for being helpful and responsive from the first email, making planning smooth and easy. They also handled an unexpected medical emergency with real understanding: when we had to cancel a a few night stays at short notice, they accommodated us without charge. That was much appreciated and not something you see often. Wholeheartedly recommended for a business trip, retreat, or offsite.

What made the stay for us was the staff. Every person we met was friendly, professional, and ready to help, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. PURO Kraków Kazimierz is stylish, modern, and spotless, with a thoughtfully designed, comfortable room. We could walk easily to the Old Town and Market Square, and Oskar Schindler’s Enamel Factory was only a short walk away. It was a particularly powerful visit. The rooms, service, and location make this excellent value for money. We loved staying here, couldn't fault it, and would happily recommend it and come back.

The breakfast was a real highlight, with a big European buffet plus dishes you could order, like avocado toast, poached eggs and Belgian waffles. My rate included it, and I enjoyed it a lot. The hotel also brought fresh bottled water to the room every day, which I really appreciated. My room was roomy, well equipped and in excellent shape. I asked for different pillows after the first night, following the note in the room, and they arrived quickly. Housekeeping also noticed I preferred a sheet to the comforter and left one for me each night without being asked. A little body lotion in the bathroom would have been nice, especially in winter. The place feels fairly modern and well cared for, and service was outstanding from the start. At check-in, the agent asked about my needs and explained the hotel amenities carefully. This four-star hotel delivered, and I look forward to coming back when I'm in town.
