The apartment itself is great, and getting in was easy. Communication went smoothly, and the location is excellent. I can't give it five stars because the upstairs neighbors are a real bother, making noise with shouting and loud banging until 2 a.m.

Two of the three nights were sleepless because of a family with a boy with Asperger's in the apartment next door. These things happen, that's life. I reported it and was met with understanding, but the offer was a 5% discount on my next stay. Not good.
