We paid for the stay through the booking site, but never received any check-in instructions. The owner stopped answering messages and turned off her phone, so I couldn't check in with my children. We didn't get our money back either. The owner is a scammer, and I will contact the police.

We usually break up the trip home from vacation with a stop halfway, but this time we picked Krakow and found Krakowianka. The hostess had paid close attention to cleanliness and all the little details, and the location alone would earn 10 points from us. If we pass through Krakow again, we'll come straight back.

Having direct access to the garden was a lovely bonus. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and in a great spot, with a very comfortable double bed. It was our first visit, though definitely not our last. Best wishes to the friendly owner, and I highly recommend staying here.

The beds are so comfortable you'll struggle to get up, and the place has everything you need. It's clean, pleasant, comfortable, and private, with a really friendly feel. A lovely getaway in any season. We recommend it and will keep coming back.
