Crystal Suites Chez Helena

Anna really made an effort to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment was spotless and quiet, with everything we needed. The mattresses were good, and the shower had strong water pressure.

The location was really good, and the service was friendly and spot on. We had a great stay in the apartment and I’d happily recommend it.

We’d be glad to come back, even for a longer visit. It’s easy to explore Kazimir's area from here, and the city center is about a 20-minute walk away. There are plenty of different bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was bright, newly renovated, and very clean, with comfortable beds and a clean, new kitchen. It’s set up for some cooking, with pots and enough dishes for four. Coffee and tea were there for an easy start to the day. We stayed one night, could check in at 1 pm and leave at 11 am, and were able to store our luggage too.

Anna, the manager at Crystal Suites, made the stay special. She was welcoming, arranged our airport transfers and tours before we arrived, then helped with restaurant reservations while we were there. The tram stop is a minute away, and it’s just two stops, about three minutes, to the Old Town. A single ticket costs 3 zloty. There’s also a small convenience shop across the square if you want to cook for yourself. We stayed four nights at Crystal Suites Chez Helena. The rooms are spacious, with a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen and a large bedroom with twin or king beds. There’s a fold-out bed in the lounge as well. The location in Kazimierz, the Jewish Quarter, is ideal, with restaurants right outside. You walk past the street tables at Restaurant Awiw, but we weren’t bothered by restaurant noise. The building was once the home of cosmetics millionaire Helena Rubenstein. We really enjoyed our stay.
