Golden Tulip Krakow City Center

We got there early, and the staff happily kept our luggage while we went to explore until the room was ready. The hotel is perfectly placed for the old town, about five minutes on foot to the centre. Our room was comfortable and spotless, and the team were friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast had a huge selection and the food was excellent. My one suggestion would be to change up the evening menu sometimes, though it doesn't affect my five star rating. Thanks to the staff for looking after us. Highly recommend, you won't regret booking here.

The hotel was immaculate and in a great spot for walking to the town centre and other attractions. Staff were courteous and friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with them. Our room had coffee and tea, WiFi, and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were included for our group, and both were delicious and plentiful. The only snag was that the room felt cold. We asked reception how to warm it up, but couldn't get it resolved. Still, we slept comfortably under the duvet, and the stay was well worth it. I'd recommend the hotel.

The staff were wonderful, and they even stored our luggage for free on the last day. We stayed three nights in a spotless room that looked nearly new, a short walk from the old town. Food and drinks were good. Breakfast had lots to pick from, including cooked sausages, eggs and bacon, as well as cold meats, cheese, fruit, and salads. We'll book again.

The hotel is spotless, and the staff welcomed us and helped with maps for the area. Breakfast was nice, and the old town is only about a five minute walk away. Our room was a little small, but clean and fine for us.
